Directed by Sunny Deol, son Karan Deol’s debut film Pal Pal Dil Dil has been released on Friday. This is a love story film which is nothing new. The film has been shot on real location, whose work is visible on screen, but Karan’s acting is disappointing.
Karan Deol plays ‘Karan Sehgal’ and Sahar Bamba plays ‘Sahar Sethi’ in the film. Karan is the owner of a trekking company that operates in Manali. Sahar’s house has a family reunion plan, but she does not want to attend it. In such a situation, she goes to Manali from Delhi to review the service of Karan’s company by making an excuse for the assignment in front of the family. In the first half, tracking Sahar and Karan on dangerous and high mountains seems interesting and real. Apart from this, the beauty of Manali has also been served brilliantly on the screen.
In the second half, the family of Sahar and his ex-boyfriend Viren Narang (Akash Ahuja) also join the relationship between the two. This is how the story moves forward. There is also a confrontation between Karan and Viren but there is nothing new in the story. The script seems cumbersome and the film continues in slow motion.
